To help in my weight-loss, I go to the Genesys Medical Institute where I learned there are three types of fat in the human body:
- Structural Fat, the fat that fills-in around organs like "bubble wrap" for the body.
- Normal Reserves, the fat the body burns when we eat less then our body needs.
- Abnormal Fat, the extra fat stored as "fixed deposits" that are difficult for the body to burn even in emergencies.
I was also told when I would exercise and change my eating habits in the past, my body could only burn the normal fat reserves and resisted burning the abnormal fat. Now when the HCG hormone is introduced, the HCG allows my body to "let go" of the abnormal fat deposits and makes it so I can burn the abnormal fat without burning muscle.
This is where my doctor supervised 500 calorie-a-day food intake comes into play... Because the HCG allows my body to put the abnormal fat "on the menu" for my body to burn, my body starts to live off fat! And the best part is, I have reduced hunger because my body now has access to PLENTY of the abnormal fat.
Now... Please understand, I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV. I'm just some 42-year old "fat guy" that went out and did my own research to determine if HCG was right for me... That DOES NOT mean it's right for you. You must do your own research, consult your physician and talk to others that have experienced HCG. Find out all the pros and cons for yourself.
I've been doing this for 15-days and I'm going to continue until I reach my goal... There's no MAGIC here, it's tough to change my lifestyle... It's tough to not gorge myself on my favorite foods... It's tough to "move-the-mass" when the television is calling my name!
Look, I don't like the word "diet" because it has the word "die" in it and I don't want to die! I want to live! And like my friends Robin and Tommy say, I'm having a "Life Changing Experience" when it comes to food and exercise and not a diet.
There is a book called "Pounds and Inches" written by Dr. Simeon that will go through extensive detail concerning this diet plan I am trying...
