~ Welcome to Day 7 ~
DAY 7: This is a VIDEO BLOG of my adventure over the next 39-days as I disappear before your very eyes! It's day seven and this is my day of rest... (273 LBS.)
Today is Sunday the 15th of March and for me it's a day-of-rest. It's a day my family and I use to worship and re-charge. No matter what you believe when it comes to "spiritual things" it's my recommendation that you take a day off. Take a day to rest, relax, meditate, re-charge, worship, reflect, reacquaint, remember, whatever you need to get ready for the next week!
I weigh 273 LBS. this morning and I'm excited because on Day one I weighed 286 LBS. so I have lost 13 LBS. so far...
I've started chapter 2 called Get-Real Expectations and Goals from pages 21 to 23 in the book by Dr. Phil called "The Ultimate Weight Solutions." Dr. Phil had the following quote at the beginning of the chapter:
"Even I don't wake up looking like Cindy Crawford." - Cindy Crawford
Dr. Phil then said: "...you can never, ever use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems." - PAGE 22

Next week I am going to start introducing exercise at the Fit Stop (our local gym) and with my 30GB iPod it goes by fast! I not only listen to music, but I watch TV shows like NCIS and FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS which make it easy to stay on the machine for 40 minutes.
