Day Eighteen

~ Welcome to Day 18 ~

Day 18: This VIDEO BLOG is helping me stay on track and not get derailed from my goal of losing 100 LBS. by July 24, 2009. I know it's a BIG goal and can't be done in JUST 39-days, but I'm taking this 39-days to do ALL I can to "getter-dun."

I only lost 1/2 pound today but I'll take it! I'm glad the "Apple Day" worked on Day 16, but I don't want to do it again anytime soon. The doctor said I can only have one "Apple Day" every twenty days, so no "Apple Day" for me in awhile... And no more saying or writing the words "Apple Day."

I think maybe it's time to kick-up the exercise now that my body is getting use to the 500-600 calories per day. I've been "moving-the-mass" but not in any concentrated or organized fashion.

Tonight I'll see if I can get Cindy to go to the GYM with me and do some cardio and tomorrow I'll let you know how it goes.
