~ Welcome to Day 29 ~

DAY 29: This VIDEO BLOG is all about 39-days in my life. Today is Day-29 and I have ten more days left until I get to my first 39-days. I am going to lose 100 LBS. and I know it'll take more then 39-days... I'm just working on it one set of 39-days at a time! Stick with me and together we can change ANYTHING in our lives 39-days at a time.

Look, my Dad always said the definition of

"stupidity" was doing the same thing over

and over while expecting different results

and he was right...

Combined that with this quote:

If the two quotes have any truth to them then you have a lot of "stupid" folks walking around making life awful tough on themselves...

I say STOP IT! I say make everyday like Friday because you can... I know, I know, Craig will say I'm "too preachy" but this is what you need to hear:

#1 You can change to something better, bigger, you can live your DREAM!

#2 Only one stopping you from being all you can be & having all you can have is YOU!

So sleep on that and come back tomorrow for Day-30.
