~ Welcome to Day 33 ~

Day 33: My VIDEO BLOG continues even though we have crossed the boarder and are now back in the good old U. S. of A. until next spring.

Mexico was GREAT even though I did not lose as much weight as I wanted... I still lost on vacation and now I'm ready to get back on track. Time to get serious, because I still have some serious weight to lose.

I got down to 255 lbs. in Mexico and I thought for sure I could reach 249 lbs. but I had a "blip" on the radar screen...

But SKINNY DAN is BACK!

We walked across a bridge here at Lake Powell today with the kids. Great exercise and a fun place to do the VIDEO.

Tomorrow we'll be home and doing all the things that need to be done to get ready for school and work on Monday.
