~ Welcome to Day 29 (2.0) ~

Today on my VIDEO BLOG it's all about feeling good! Stop waqtching the NEWS! Stop litening to TALK RADIO... Stop letting things into your life that pull you down and surround yourself with people and things that lift you up! Today I gained weight, but who cares! I have a loving family and great friends and I WILL lose the weight even if it takes me twice as long. Not giving up... period.
