~ Welcome to Day 30 (2.0) ~

Today on my VIDEO BLOG it's not about me losing 100 LBS and getting to 199. It's really about why are we here and what is this thing called life all about? I want to dedicate Day 30 to my Dad who died one-year ago today. He encouraged me to drop the weight so that I could live to be 90-years old like he did... THANKS DAD!
