~ Welcome to Day 39 (2.0) ~

Day 39 (version 2.0): Today I am coming to you from beautiful WRIGLEY FIEILD in Chicago, Illinois! Not only is it the Home of the Chicago Cubs, but it has also been my personal HANG-OUT for the last 40 home games! I weigh 232 LBS. today and that brings me even close to my goal of a BUCK-NINETY-NINE! That's right when I come back for a THIRD set of 39-days, I will take off this last 33 LBS and reach my goal of losing 100 LBS in 117 days! Home Scale Says: 234.5 LBS (09-09-09)

~ Welcome to Day 38 (2.0) ~

I weigh 234.5 LBS. and tomorrow is DAY-39!! Even though I did not reach my goal of 222 LBS. by 9-11, I'm still glad I no longer weigh 300+ LBS.

Day 37 (version 2.0): TWO MORE DAYS! THE CLOCK IS TICKING!

I weigh 236 LBS. and I am so HAPPY I do not weigh 300 LBS anymore... Can you imagine dragging around all that weight?? I sleep better, I exercise better, I just down right FEEL BETTER!! And you can FEEL BETTER too...

Day 36 (version 2.0): Today on my VIDEO BLOG we have a ANOTHER Special GUEST! He has done HCG for 40-days and he lost 40 LBS. He then gained back 30 LBS. and now he's ready to go back down...
