This is my VIDEO BLOG of me going down to 199 LBS. and I'm on my second 39-days.
I knew 100 big ones were not going to come off in a couple of weeks. It took me 10+ years to put it on so I now have to put in that same effort to take it off! And I didn't do it "by accident." You tell me the last time you had a SHAKE or a WHOLE PIE "by accident..."
